The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, paying great attention to detail. The location is just perfect, with the main bus stop right outside the hotel, providing easy access to all the major ski areas and even to St Johann train station. After a long day on the slopes, you'll be lucky to come back to this hotel and enjoy a hot shower, which is always available. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lovely mountains, offering breathtaking views from the rooms, especially those with a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast is simply delightful, with fresh and warm rolls brought directly from the bakery, ensuring a great start to your day.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

We loved the location, as we were lucky to be close enough to the village to enjoy it, but also near to the main bus stop which commutes you to all the major ski areas. Our room was spacious, warm and our bathroom always had hot water for a shower after a day's skiing. the food was amazing, and breakfast was a highlight. We enjoyed bonding with other guests over board games in the bar area.
The local bus system had some changes, causing some inconvenience.

Had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel. Loved the views from the balcony and the clean rooms. The food was delicious and we were pleased with the healthy options on offer. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby ski slopes and ski schools. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the personal service they provided.
The hotel lacked activities for children at night. This made it difficult for families with older kids to entertain them.

On the plus side, accommodation was fairly affordable for an xmas ski trip, and the food wasn't too bad- they had a nice selection of bread and cheese. the ski bus was convenient to access the slopes.
The overall experience was marred by some negative aspects. the location was a bit too remote, making it difficult to find shops or restaurants nearby.
